" My journey in fitness has been shaped by a lifetime of dedication, discipline, and a passion for pushing my limits.
It began with 12 years in youth athletics, where I developed a love for basketball and track, and continued through 6 years in the Army National Guard, where I maintained Physical Fitness Excellence and helped fellow soldiers pass their PT exams.
After the military, I embraced bodybuilding, competing for seven years, including 3 years as a nationally qualified athlete with a top 10 finish at USA's in 2017.
My hunger for physical challenges also led me to hike and backpack over 1,000 miles across the southwest. Combining fitness and my love for nature.
Now, as the owner of VŌLITION, I bring all these experiences together to help others discover their potential.

How many days a week do I train?
This program is built to maximize your results in just 4 days of training a week. This program is to support you and your active lifestyle not keep you in the gym everyday.
This program is catered to those who enjoy being active outside of the gym, or want to create a more active lifestyle for themselves without living in the gym.
Our platform is super simple and easy to follow along. Every workout has everything you need to be successful in the gym on your own. Each exercise has a video instruction to ensure you are never lost.
